The project's objective was to define improvement service experience for the customers of a Coffeehouse. This was performed by first gathering data through different methods such as observation and interviews. Later we used the data to define where improvement can be made through additional methods such as Story Mapping, service blueprint, etc. Finally, we started developing the design firstly through pen and paper, then wireframing, user testing and later iterating the process. The project was done in a group of three people.
