The projects objective was to define improvements service experience for the customers of a Coffeehouse.
This was performed by first gathering data through different methods such as observation and inteviews. Later we used the data to define where improvement can be made through additional methods such as Story Mapping, service blueprint etc.
Finally we started developing the design firstly through pen and paper, then wireframing, user testing and later itererating the process. The project was done in a group of three people.
Worked alongside Linnaeus university administration department to redesign the exisiting page to a new and improved website. We created a unified platform where student, employees, administrators log in and access their specific content.
We also worked to meet the needs for high school students, as they are potential university students.

Redesign of the central platform of which all users access most of Vismas saas based services related to bookkeeping, invoicing etc.
It’s also there business administrators (i.e CEO) create new users and assign access to services, among other things.
The platform has been more or less untouched ever since it was made 15 years ago and support calls has increased as it has grown.
By improving the user experience, the calls has dropped significantly. It has also generated more use and purchase of additional services.

Hobby project aimed to improve experince of waiting in the emergency room
A hobby project with aim to effiate the experience when awaiting in the emergency reception as people can wait several hours to be check on.

• Hectic for the employee
To improve visitors experiences and make the employees work more efficient I came up with the concept of an app of which visitors engages in filling in their nuisances.
The filled information will be sent to the employees of the hospital and they will have clear knowledge of the innital problem and be ready with follow-up questions.

Zuora to Super Office intergration
UX design - integration interface
Super Office is a front-office system CRM system used to managed customer information, keep track of leads, keep interactions between customer and company documented and much more. This is aimed to be the central platform for all employees working with sales, marketing and support within Visma.
However, today many different system are used within Visma when it comes to placing customer orders especially in the netherlands making the entire internal workflow cumbersome and inefficient. The project aimed to integrate the new system for placing customers subscription orders, namely Zuora.
My task was to make the integration UI from Zuora- subscription system to Super Office - crm system. I was UX responsible for this project and the UI is completly tailored for the needs of the companies employees. The team was build of me, a Business analys, front-end developer, back-end developer and a product owner. The solution is planned to be launched throughout the entire company.
I took the liberty to conduct interviews with employees in the Netherlands when we was there on a workshop. I interview three people in the Netherlands who work with sales & partnership. I performed the same action when we went to Norway for the workshop.
With the information received for the stakeholders during the workshops and the results from the interviews along with expert help from both Zuora and Super Offices users and representatives, I had the right tools to get started.
I collaborate with our Business Analyst who knew much of how Zuora works and what obstacles there are software wise as this is an integration between platforms along with the interview results I started building an interactive prototype via Balsamiq.
It was here my iterative processing began as I went back and forth between my previous steps to make the protoype as good as possible.
When the UX part was more or less finished I took contact with one of our Graphic designers to help out with a High Fidelity prototype. When we had everything finished I added it in Principle which is a tool to bring user interface to life for demonstrational purposes without actually coding.
